Course Participation Payment – Refund Policy

 

All ITCGA sales are final and non-refundable.

In expanding the training program, the deposit fee charged for the storage of certificate options and the storage program is not spent.

International Genital Aesthetics Education Center | ITCGA welcomes everyone who registers and benefits from ITCGA services with pleasure; however, in some cases, ITCGA may require the fulfillment of certain important conditions for participation.

ITCGA services include, but are not limited to, the following and may offer more services:

  • ITCGA Senior Membership
  • ITCGA Courses
  • ITCGA Non-Surgical Courses
  • ITCGA Surgical Courses
  • ITCGA Combined Non-Surgical and Surgical Courses
  • ITCGA Annual Congress/Conference
  • ITCGA Co-Hosted Events
  • ITCGA Webinars

ITCGA services can evolve over time by modifying existing services, adding new services, or discontinuing existing ones. Therefore, the term ‘ITCGA services’ officially encompasses all current and future services offered on the official ITCGA website www.itcga.co.uk.

 

Payment Policy

Registration is not considered complete, and the registration process is not finalized until payment for ITCGA services is completed. Payments not received at least 15 days before the start of the relevant ITCGA event may result in individuals not being accepted for the registered service. Payment can be made through Credit Card and Bank Transfer with the submission of a completed registration form. In the event of any cancellation, refund, and/or transfer of a service, a processing/administration fee of 125 GBP will be charged. Additionally, any bank charges related to the refund will also be borne by the canceling party.

 

ITCGA Cancellation and Refund Policy

The ITCGA service Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to ensure consistency and will apply to all ITCGA services offered.

All sales of ITCGA services are final and non-refundable.

If an individual is unable to attend the ITCGA service they registered for due to any unforeseen circumstance, they may replace themselves with another participant by arrangement with ITCGA. If the registrant informs ITCGA in writing at least three (-3-) weeks before the start of the event at info@itcga.co.uk, the paid fee may be retained by ITCGA for use in another ITCGA event to be held within the next 12 months.

To transfer a service acquired from ITCGA, contact ITCGA officially at info@itcga.co.uk. Invoices for new registrations will be issued to reflect the membership status of the new registrant.

The final date for transferring an ITCGA service is three (-3-) weeks before the start date of the relevant ITCGA service, which will be indicated on the official website of the specific event. After this date, no transfers for any ITCGA service will be accepted.

No refunds or transfers will be allowed after the aforementioned date and/or after the start of the ITCGA service. Transfers for unused bookings or cancellations will not be permitted.

ITCGA reserves the right to change speakers or topics due to circumstances beyond its control or to modify or cancel events. Therefore, ITCGA reserves the right to change or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if deemed necessary. Any changes or modifications will be updated on the official website as soon as possible.

ITCGA Team Members are ready to provide timely and effective professional assistance. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a response from the ITCGA Team; note that this timeframe covers official working days from Monday to Friday. Refund and transfer requests will be accepted as specified on the official webpage of the relevant ITCGA Service, up to three (-3-) weeks before the start date. Be sure to include details and the fundamental reasons for your requests.

 

Delivery of Classes and Other Presentation Materials

All individuals who will be presenting in ITCGA services declare that they own the intellectual property rights to the content presented through presentation materials. Additionally, ITCGA reserves the right to change or cancel speakers or presentations due to reasons beyond its control. All presenters are responsible for adhering to ethical, legal, medical, and commercial requirements and accept any liability arising from their presentations.

The content presented through presentation materials, including treatments and procedures (surgical or non-surgical), is not controlled or guaranteed by ITCGA. ITCGA is not responsible for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages that may result from the use of this content.

All presenters agree to present and use presentation materials in accordance with the guidelines set by ITCGA. Presentation materials are provided and used in line with the objectives of ITCGA services.

Therefore, each presenter grants ITCGA permission to present, electronically publish, and record presentation materials during ITCGA services and accepts these terms. Any injuries or damages arising from use are the responsibility of the presenter.

 

Unforeseen Circumstances as Defined in Refund and Cancellation Policies

: “Unforeseen circumstances” is a term used to describe unexpected events that prevent ITCGA from delivering any ITCGA service, such as conferences, trainings, webinars, etc. These events may include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, directives from the World Health Organization and local authorities, venue unavailability, technical issues, unavailability of the scheduled presenter, etc. In such cases, ITCGA cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to fulfill the service conditions, and this failure results from circumstances beyond its control. Force majeure situations may include, but are not limited to, strikes, lockouts, labor shortages, riots, war, threats of war or preparation for war, fire, sabotage, storms, and floods.
