The International Training Center of Genital Health and Aesthetic (ITCGA) is a London-based international professional body dedicated to training medical professionals to improve the genital health of women worldwide. Additionally, ITCGA continues its efforts to raise societal awareness and educate future generations about female genital well-being.

 

Female Genital Health is a crucial yet often overlooked component of women’s overall well-being. While menstruation, childbirth, aging, menopause, and the use of various contraceptive methods etc…may seem like natural aspects of life, their impact on women’s genital health is significant. These effects can range from urinary incontinence and bladder prolapse to vaginal itching, vulvovaginal atrophy, and even sexual dysfunction.  Such genital discomforts adversely affect women’s physical, psychological, and social well-being, as well as their long-term professional lives.

 

Aesthetic genital procedures encompass a wide variety of applications and represent a newly emerging field in medicine. Due to both their aesthetic and functional benefits, there has been a significant increase in patient demand worldwide. However, medical practitioners often do not receive training in this area during residency. The primary purpose of ITCGA is to train medical practitioners in high-quality, scientifically-based aesthetic and functional cosmetic procedures. By advancing education in this specialized field, we aim to enhance the quality of life for women, fostering confidence, comfort, and satisfaction.

Our course offers an extensive curriculum covering a wide range of topics within cosmetic, aesthetic, reconstructive and functional gynecology:

*Anatomical and Physiological Foundations: Detailed study of female genital anatomy and physiology.

*Cosmetic Procedures: Comprehensive training in labioplasty, vaginoplasty, hymenoplasty, clitoral hood reduction, monsplasty, and labia majora augmentation.

*Non-Surgical Techniques: In-depth instruction on PRP therapy, laser vaginal rejuvenation, radiofrequency treatments, and rejenerative medicine along with stem cell therapies.

*Patient Assessment and Personalized Care: Guidance on evaluating patient needs, setting realistic expectations, and developing customized treatment plans.

*Ethics and Patient Communication: Training on ethical considerations, informed consent, and effective communication strategies to foster patient trust and satisfaction.

ITCGA offers two types of training programs:

Course A : Non-surgical Course

Non-Surgical Genital Aesthetic Course, open to all practitioners.

Course B: Surgical Course:

Advanced, Hands-On Surgical and Non-Surgical Cosmetic Gynecology Course, exclusively for surgeons.
